- Shipping送料
- A$40 per order for tracked international shipping, added at checkout. If you need express delivery, contact us before ordering; the difference will be invoiced separately.

- Credit card via Stripe. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

- Pieces in stock ship within one month of your order. Custom-made pieces take longer; we will give you a date when the order is agreed.
Returns & Refund Policy
返品・返金について
1. Our products
Every piece is handmade and one of a kind. Small differences in shape, stitching, pattern placement and colour from the photographs are part of the work, not defects, and are not grounds for return.
2. Cancellation
Because each bag is reserved for you the moment you pay, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment, including custom-made pieces. The Japanese cooling-off system does not apply to online sales.
3. Damaged or wrong item
If your bag arrives damaged, or is not the piece you ordered, photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace where possible, or refund in full, and cover the return shipping.
4. Reserved pieces
A piece marked Reserved is being held for a customer who has contacted us. If payment is not completed within a few days, it returns to Available.
